Tutors publish notes as PDF against the subjects they teach. Students read them inside the app or the browser — there is no download button and nothing to forward. Files are compressed on the way in, so a scanned handout costs a fraction of the bundle it would otherwise eat.
Assign each tutor their general and core subjects; courses are built from core subjects and named for you — SANAA NA MICHEZO & SAYANSI, written the way your college writes it. Who teaches what is never a mystery, and neither is who takes what.
Write once and send to students, to tutors, or to just your Distance or On Campus group. It appears in their portal immediately and on their phone as a notification, even with the app closed. You can see how many people opened it.
